Your mission (if you accept it 🦸)

As part of a transformation initiative for one of our clients, a Belgian transport company, we are looking for an Agile Coach to join a transformation team composed of Wemanity employees. 

Your main mission would be implementing at operational level of a Target Operating Model customer made co-designed by Wemanity after an assessment in the last quarter of 2021. 

You will work closely with our transformation lead in multidisciplinary teams within the Infrastructure department.

Expected Profile 🤩

• 3+ years: Product Ownership, Organizational Coaching, C-level Coaching, Agile Coaching
• Experience with scaling framework (SAFe, LeSS, Spotify, ...) 
• Experience with technical and business teams
• Strong experience with coaching 
• Knowledge & experience with transformation at scale 
• ENG and FR or NL
• Soft skills: team player,  good communication skills, leadership skills, strategic thinking, ...
