Primary Responsibilities and Activities

· You act as the IT security SME for Network Infrastructure (LAN, WLAN, Firewalls, Load Balancers…)

· You develop and implement security standards, procedures, and guidelines for multiple platforms and diverse environments, working with stakeholders within the organization to improve existing best practices, correct ineffective practices, and address security gaps as needed

· You verify appropriate security solutions are developed and implemented for network infrastructure components

· You facilitate and participate in risk management activities related to IT security

· You assist in the development and enforcement of hardware and software standards appropriate for the network security environments

· You drive vulnerability mitigation and remediation plans across the manufacturing entities

· You recommend security improvements to optimize security posture

· You support audits and internal compliance initiatives and follow-up on corrective action plans

· You provide support to respond to security related incidents

· You monitor and measure compliance with the ISMS

· You contribute in a multidisciplinary, multicultural and geographically distributed team

Job Requirements

Education

· A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.

Experience

· 3 or more years of experience in IT and business/industry

· Cisco Certified Professional (CCNP or equivalent)

· IT security certifications (ie: CISSP, CISM and/or CISA) is valued

· Experience in Network systems administration in an enterprise environment is valued

· Experience in Manufacturing and CyberSecurity domains is valued

Knowledge and Skills

· Strong analytical skills ·

· Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

· IT systems administration: Linux, Windows, Active Directory, Oracle and/or VMWare

· Experience on management and deployment projects of EDR solutions

Specific knowledge for the area (nice to have):

· Manufacturing processes

· OT & IACS environments

· CyberSecurity frameworks (ISO27001, NIST, IEC62443…)

· Cloud infrastructure, Azure

Working Conditions

Travel required: estimated to approx. 10-20 days of international travel per year

Work location: from Brussels (Belgium), Bilbao (Spain) or Rome (Italy). A full remote position is also possible, but will require additional travel time
