Functional Analyst @Maltem Belgium

Context of the mission

We are looking for a Functional Analyst.

Responsibility

• Clearly identify the problems faced by the company and/or the needs of the company and work out possible solutions that can be developed and integrated into the company's production environment.
• Represent the customer in the product team and you are in contact with all stakeholders.
• Study the costs and benefits.
• Work on user stories from start-to-end: writing and validating in collaboration with the customer and/or the product manager, acting as a SPOC for the developers in the team and validating/testing once developed

Profile required 🔎

• 4+ experiences as Functional Analyst ;
• Practical experience of Agile tools (such as JIRA, Kanban cards) & Scrum.
• Master's degree or equivalent by experience (an IT-related field is a plus);
• You have software development skills and are able to interact with developers;
• Functional and technical knowledge of existing IT systems is preferred: Websphere, Oracle db, MQ, Rest API's;
• Ability to communicate with different levels: business, management, development, operations;
• Ability to solve problems;
• Strong analytical skills.
