IT Project Manager

Core Responsibilities:

- You are primarily responsible for one of the most visible programs

- You are responsible for all communications and presentations upwards and downwards regarding your projects

- You will maintain a regular, updated view of your project plan and budget

- You will keep a strong view of risks and risk and issue tracking logs

- You will serve as the coordinating nexus between development teams onsite and nearshore, business owners, sponsors and customers

- You will ensure projects are executed on time and on budget

Essential qualities:

Knowledge:

- You have formal project management training and experience (at least 5 years)

- You have practical experience working with security projects and IT development projects

- You are able to efficiently drive a technical security team

Skills:

- You are an expert communicator

- You can create and communicate cogent presentations, reports and status and are comfortable communicating directly with C-level stakeholders

- You can easily speak and write to all levels of an organisation professionally in English

- You are able to work with quality both independently and in a team

- When conversations get animated, you are a calming influence

- You hold to your committed deadlines
