IS EB Architecture - Solution Architect EB/HC

 1. Context of the mission / Objective(s) of the job 

To guide and support our various project initiatives, we are looking for an experienced functional architect with expert knowledge of data modelling, combined with skills in solution or application architecture. 

We are looking for a profile to describe the solution application architecture in a variety of projects,  including projects on our data platform. In our day-to-day activities we work closely with the business. 

We capture the requirements for data  analysis, we describe and model data, we design the solution to have a good fit with the requirements, we  set-up the solution basis for data analysis and support the business during their analysis. 

 2. Objective of the job 

- Your main objective is to describe the uniform data model for Employee Benefits/healthcare  department, along with the ETL’s sourcing it and the data marts exploiting it.  

- Therefore, a particular attention is required to data definition and modelling concepts. You should be  able to find the right balance between user reporting needs and data consolidation/modelling  standards 

- You will describe and explain the required data model to the data engineers and ETL developers to  be implemented. 

- Ensure that the implemented solution corresponds to the description and manage the technical debt

Proven background in Insurance business or equivalent  (Financial / Banking / …) 

Good knowledge of Database technology  • Knowledge of common application architectures
