\nBeing part of a team of around 50 people communication skills and adaptability to a challenging (political) are essential. Mostly NL environment where everyone speaks their own language. Bilingual profile is best, proficiency with both languages is necessary.

\nAs Product Owner you play a key role in the transformation of our company. You will contribute by translating company and departmental ambitions into a well formulated product vision for the sales tools. You will further translate this vision into product roadmap and manage the product backlog for two Agile teams, prioritizing according to value creation. You define the sprint goals for the Agile teams. You are the liaison with end-users, business owners using the product and other stakeholders of the product. You collaborate in a bigger eco-system of Agile teams
\nThe main accountabilities & key challenges are:
\n· You formulate the vision for the product in order to contribute to departmental and company objectives. You use your high-level perspective to translate this vision into goals for your Agile teams . This means
\no You formulate the vision in goals and control that the vision is supported with measurable benefits. The vision is ideally maintained in a product Roadmap
\no You ensure the product vision and roadmap represents:
\no You anticipate the needs of end users and customers. You are expert in understanding needs, you have market knowledge and you understand the customer journey in the domain you are responsible for.
\no You maximize the value creation within the available capacity/budget provided for your mission/product.
\no You make sure the vision is documented in an understandable view of the processes in scope.
\n· You Manage & prioritize the Product Backlog of your Agile teams.
\no You propose a value based & prioritized backlog for every “Program Increment Planning” (PI), prepared with support from the program team and aligned with your stakeholders.
\no During the PI you manage & prioritize the sprint backlogs, you provide sprint goals for your Agile team(s) and are accessible for the team(s) for understanding and processing the backlog during all the relevant Agile rituals.
\no You make sure the Backlog is always accessible and understood by all stakeholders
\no You evaluate the product progress at each iteration. You ensure the buy in and acceptance of the stakeholders by organizing alignment sessions and demos. You steer the product backlog based on their feedback.
\n· You’re the liaison between product and development. You’re performing constant stakeholder management: you’re the voice of your business stakeholders towards the Agile teams and the voice of the team towards your stakeholders.
\n· You collaborate in a bigger Release Train or Program structure and manage dependencies. You align and collaborate with the actors on Release Train or Program level, with other PO’s, with your Agile team or any other stakeholders to make sure the backlog and PI and Sprint planning take into account the necessary dependencies intra and cross team.
\nWe normally work 2 days at the office and 3 days at home. This may vary depending on the needs.
\nWhen we work onsite, this is mostly at Brussels, but also other locations in Belgium are possible.

\nJe staat in voor het beheer en voortdurend optimaliseren van de business kritische performance kanalen, zoals SEA, SEO, Facebook, Instagram en display om inbound traffic te genereren. Je bent inhouse dé expert in digital advertising en kan tools zoals Google Ads, Microsoft advertising, Facebook ad manager, Google search console en SEMrush vlot aanwenden. Je stelt online campagneplannen op en stuurt bij indien nodig. Je bepaalt mee de strategie, stuurt de performance marketing campagnes bij en analyseert.

\nDe afdeling Projectoplossingen focust op de uitvoering van strategische, complexe (programma- en productoverschrijdende) projecten, die vaak snel moeten opgeleverd worden. Deze afdeling bestaat uit een beperkt kernteam (waarvan de programma manager deel van uitmaakt), dat - Zelf projecten inricht en deze end-to-end beheert, inclusief de budgetten. \n+ Je hebt een bachelor diploma Computer Science, Toegepaste Informatica of Informatiemanagement en -systemen. Doe daar minstens 3 jaar ervaring bij als developer of in een gelijkaardige functie.
\n+ Je bent analytisch, creatief en proactief ingesteld, je bent gepassioneerd door alles wat met (online) marketing te maken heeft. Je toont graag je skills.
\n+ Je hebt altijd wel ‘een oplossing’ om het idee van de klant in een innovatief product om te toveren. Je kan een abstract idee omzetten in een perfect werkend stuk code.
\n+ Je weet alles over React, Javascript en PHP. Kennis van React Native is een pluspunt! Je kan zonder problemen een REST API ontwikkelen in NodeJS.
\n+ Je hebt ervaring met Wordpress websites en Woocommerce. Je hebt kennis van databases zoals MSSQL en MYSQL. Kennis van MongoDB is een pluspunt!
\n+ Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van CSS en HTML5. Je kan eender welk ontwerp omzetten in een werkende website.
\n+ Je kan werken volgens het MVC principe en je hebt ervaring in component based coding. Je kan werken met Git
\n+ Je kan zonder problemen files op FTP zetten, MYSQL databases aanmaken en bewerken.
\n+ Je kan een PWA bouwen, je kan je creaties optimaliseren met Google Lighthouse en je ervaring met unit-testing is een pluspunt.
\n+ Je bent een perfectionist en je bent niet bang om de handen uit de mouwen te steken. Je staat stevig in je schoenen en je zorgt wanneer nodig voor het aansturen, ondersteunen, motiveren en coachen van je medewerkers.
\n+ Je hebt de nodige drive, verantwoordelijkheid en een berg goede ideeën en je gaat steeds voor de top. Een stevige brainstormsessie is er nooit te veel aan. Daarnaast ben je goed op de hoogte van de laatste trends en ontwikkelingen binnen de sector.
